Any Question with Our WiFi Ear Wax Removal Camera?
* Q-1: My i-Phone can’t work with this ear wax removal camera, the screen keeps yellow.
A: Since the iOS 14.0 system and above has the privacy setting, if your phone or tablet is with iOS 14.0 system or above, you should go to your device Setting – Privacy Setting — Local Network to make our app Mz scope available so that you can use it.
* Q-2: Only 5 leds work, one of the led lights is burned out or missing.
A: Our wireless ear wax cleaner with camera has 6 leds in total, 5 led lights are on when you start the device, and the rest one light is our blue light which can only be turned on via the app.
* Q-3: It doesn’t provide clear pictures.
A: Our ear wax removal camera has a best focal length: 1.5-2.0cm for you to record video or pictures. Recording video is highly suggested, cause dynamic video is better to show real situation of your ears.
* Q-4: The image was really good at first. After using for a period of time it’s blurry.
A: Please use the cleaning cloth with alcohol or with thin cotton swab to clean the lens carefully after every time of use, since the ear wax is easy to stick on the lens or crevices around it.
* Q-5: The QR code is not working. I can’t download the app.
A: You can search Mzscope on the Google Play then download it.

I really like this otoscope. Had another one where the image was not clear and the app/wifi was difficult to connect. This one works great as the image is very clear and easy to setup. One ofi, more and different types of scoops should be available.

This product is amazing! The tiny led lights work great, and with the app (and the device connected to your phone or tablets wifi) you can really see exactly what you’re doing as you scoop out the earwax. I’ve had this problem all my life, and now finally this product is the solution! The attached picture is a “screenshot” of the video I took…this was right before removing a HUGE chunk of wax from my left ear with the silicone scoop (I don’t know how I could even hear before removing this). I wish I would have discovered this product sooner, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

After a few weeks working with this amazing device, I am very satisfied and grateful that ordinary people like me could have access to such profession-like tool to work at home.
Actually, I received a month ago 4 implants and because of Covid situation, I could not see my dentist for a check on the implants after 3 weeks. He asked me to make photos of the implants and send them to him for checking. I had tried very hard to do this job with the help of my wife using an iPhone, but it did not work well, so we gave up after 30 min trying. The Otoscope arrived just in time for this task. And my dentist was satisfied with the photos made with Otoscope (see them attached above)
The bottom line is: I could perform the request of my dentist only thank to the wonderful device Otoscope. Furthermore, I am using this device for checking and cleaning my ear and mouth and it works perfectly well.
I hope that my review can help people with the same problems I faced.

I saw this being used on social media and decided I would give this a try because Q-tips hurt my ears and just push the wax farther back in my ear canal. The directions are clear and this worked better than I expected! Camera is very clear and it’s easy to clean after using. I would definitely give this 10 stars if I could!!!

I get a dry type of ear wax that is extremely bothersome and hard to get out with a Q-tip, which I know you should not use anyway. This product works exactly as advertised. Just be careful; luckily for me, I am good at direction and knowing my perception while looking at my screen. But if you are not good at this, then take it slow and practice. And most importantly, know the risk and do not go too deep pleased! Overall, I love this product and would recommend it to others.

There is never a day or time when my ears are not infected. To see my mom and stepdad use it and find nothing shocked me. I’ve had tubes alot. And they even considered permanent ones for me. Anyway, mine were filled with infection as usual. I was told by my doctor to never stick qtips in my ears, and to never wear earbuds. I still did the qtips cause having stuff in your ears blows. But this is a safe way I can get stuff out of my ears. I’ve also never seen the inside of my ears and it was cool to see all the damage I hear 2nd hand about for myself ha!

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take the time to let others know how awesome this otoscope is. As you can see from the pictures. I had the feeling of one of my ears being plugged. I could hardly hear and it was very irritating. It took seconds to connect the otoscope with my phone to use the camera and about 20 minutes to fully clear out my ear hole. Extremely easy to set up, easy to use, great camera, best part is you can take pictures, and record. Even if you don’t have ear problems I suggest you to get this otoscope to check your ears. Better than going to the doctor!

I did not have the highest expectations for this camera but oh man was I wrong! The quality of the camera and pen itself is actually pretty nice, it’s got a good weight where it’s not too heavy or light, and its balanced really well too. This makes it so much easier to control when getting earwax. And the camera was also a really pleasant surprise! The 1080p video is very clear, and I can easily see everything inside and get every bit of earwax. I think the only thing I would knock is that it took some time to get connected to the app, however it could just be a one off. After I never had a problem connecting. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a good way to get your earwax without hurting yourself or using Qtips ever again!

I have sensitive ears that recently feel itchy and I was worried there might be some infection. Just bought this a few days ago and writing this review after first use –
Pros – 1) Very easy to install. It took me 3 minutes to download the app and set up the wifi connection between the iPhone app and the device. The app is very straightfoward to use as well; 2) The camera picture quality on the phone is excellent and easy to see as I insert the device deeper into the ear. It took 5 minutes to get use to the coordination between my hand and the picture, but once I get the hang of it, it was very easy to see which area has wax and target that area; 3) the blue light indicator is very handy and clear. 4) There is an disinfection mode that you can turn on by pressing a button on the app! Very good design
cons – a little pricy.
